Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- two years of related work experience preferred
- skills in data entry, database maintenance, filing, basic math, and clerical tasks
- effective prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- professional manner with staff, consumers, public, and volunteers
- flexible work schedule when needed
- valid Kansas driver’s license and access to personal vehicle preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answers telephone in a prompt, courteous manner
- checks clients in for their scheduled appointments
- manages appointment status appropriately
- requests and collects payment for services
- validates existing client data by updating electronic health record
- ensures high level of quality service
- operates as a team with co-workers
- informs management of unusual issues affecting client satisfaction
- works with office manager to maintain department facilities
- scans and attaches documents maintaining confidentiality
- performs opening and closing procedures
- assists clients completing intake and financial forms
- enters required data for new clients
- ensures patient records are accurate and complete
- performs office manager duties in their absence
- assists in training team members
