Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must wear uniform and name badge while on duty
- Ability to work as part of a team

- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time
- Willing to pitch-in and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
- Ability to talk with different kinds of people to find out what services they want and to provide them with information
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from supervisor
Job Duties
- Presents menu, answers question and makes suggestions regarding food and service
- Write orders on check or memorize it
- Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars
- Observes guest to fulfill any additional request and to perceive when meal has been completed
- Totals bill and accept payment or refers patron to cashier
- May ladle soup, toss salads, portion pies and desserts, brew coffee and perform other services as determined by establishment size and practice
- May clear and reset counters or table at conclusion of each course
- Maintains work areas in a clean and orderly fashion
- Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Required to be always in uniform when working on the property including wearing name identification badge
- Supports and adheres to the core values, the mission statement, service fundamentals and guest service philosophy as defined by the company
- All other duties assigned by a manager or supervisor
