Job Requirements
- Retail or production experience preferred
- Work varied schedule and flexible hours
- Ability to stand bend and reach for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and push or pull cages weighing 600 pounds
- Basic reading writing and math skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sales information

Job Duties
- Protects company assets by correctly ringing up merchandise using appropriate discounts properly utilizes register scales for merchandise sold by the lb and follows established cash handling procedures
- Responsible for answering the telephone in a professional manner and directing calls to the appropriate party
- Observes and communicates to outlet store management about wait lines at the register merchandise levels or standards need for supplies and suggests ideas for process improvement
- Accurately and efficiently rotates merchandise tables salvage prices and moves furniture
- Consistently provides exceptional customer service answering questions and alerting management with customer concerns or when customers need additional support
- Follows proper etiquette when using the paging system and quickly responds to pages to service customers
- Familiar with and conveys Goodwill's outlet store promotions and services to effectively answer inquiries and offer information about Goodwill to customers
- Maintains the outlet store environment standards to ensure a clean friendly and safe environment for all internal and external customers
- Performs other duties as assigned
