Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years of related experience in hospitality or service industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ethical conduct and integrity
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software (Microsoft Office, Opera PMS, POS)
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality
- Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills

Job Duties
- Maintain courteous and professional demeanor at all times
- Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with colleagues and other hotel departments
- Keep open door communication with employees
- Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory and cash control
- Have full knowledge of menu items, ingredients and preparation techniques
- Uphold highest standards of hospitality by monitoring guest experience
- Ensure maximum utilization and appearance of F&B areas and maintain quality and service standards
- Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design menus and wine lists
- Provide expert knowledge of food, wine and spirits in a distinguished environment
- Interview, select, train, guide, manage and schedule outlet personnel
- Monitor team performance including supervision, counseling, evaluations, goal setting, recognition and rewards
- Address and resolve service issues brought by guests
- Ensure staff understand job expectations
- Maintain employee documentation
- Attend relevant meetings
