Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Possession or ability to obtain a valid Driver's License
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- California Responsible Beverage Service Training upon hire
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to provide outstanding service consistently
- Ability to develop relationships with customers and vendors
- Ability to negotiate, organize, delegate, and work under pressure
- Ability to articulate and guide app reading for trails and amenities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours
- Superior knowledge of North Tahoe and Truckee area events, activities, and restaurants
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the service industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple products
- Familiarity with social media and blog administration
- Experience with database management preferred
- High-end concierge services experience preferred
- Excellent writing and listening skills
- Ability to provide superior geographic knowledge of North Tahoe and Truckee areas
Job Duties
- Provide tailored owner services at Tree House
- Respond to owner and guest requests promptly and follow up
- Maintain privacy and respect for homeowners and guests
- Keep up-to-date notes and records of owner preferences
- Manage resident files and data sheets
- Maintain pool area, stock supplies, and bartend
- Inventory beverages and snacks
- Administer loaned keys and manage guest check-in/check-out
- Manage reservations for community functions
- Update electronic databases and contribute to social media
- Develop relationships with preferred vendors
- Design and implement custom activity packages
- Create marketing communications for activities
- Arrange, recommend, and book activities
- Provide driving and walking directions
- Maintain knowledge of local events and businesses
- Support community events and assist with preparation
- Serve as information liaison to Community Association Manager
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Perform additional duties as needed
