Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of experience preferred
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language
- May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license at the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record if role requires driving tribe-owned or patron vehicles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Ability to perform physical activities such as balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Must follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Capable of operating maintenance equipment safely
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required if operating vehicles
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong physical stamina and mobility for outdoor work
Job Duties
- Clean trash and debris from around the casino, parking structures, streets, easements, and parking areas
- Conduct general housekeeping duties
- Operate equipment such as auto scrubbers, bonnets, scissor lift forklifts
- Pressure wash driveways, walkways, columns, and other exterior surfaces
- Paint exterior areas as needed
- Remove and replace trash liners and clean trash receptacles
- Clean any emergency accidents or spills such as transmission fluid, engine oil, fuel, ensuring proper chemical handling and Safety Data Sheet compliance
- Assist in promoting brand loyalty through exceptional customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations
