Job Requirements
- Must be over 21 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly in English including reading, speaking and writing
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dining area for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, food, and beverage orders up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, and reach to serve guests and retrieve items
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment with high noise levels
- Good physical stamina and mobility
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must be over 21 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly in English including reading, speaking and writing
- Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
- Knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Other duties as assigned
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
- Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work
- To perform other duties as directed by your supervisor
- Assist in providing the pool amenities to guests
- Serve food and beverage orders in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Clear tables during service
- Control guest checks and secure proper payment
- Provide exceptional service
- Full knowledge of F and B menus and offerings
