Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED recommended
- must be TIPS certified or become certified within 30 days of hire
- must have a current food handlers card
- minimum of one year of supervisor experience in a luxury resort setting is preferred
- ability to interact with all associates and guests of the resort
- ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- must be flexible and available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work under variable temperature conditions
- ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas

Job Duties
- Monitoring the bar as well as the indoor and outdoor seating areas of the restaurant in a supervisory capacity
- being cross utilized in other food and beverage outlets as necessary
- ensuring all guests are assisted by restaurant service staff to provide a flawless welcome and dining experience
- filling in whenever needed to maintain guest service standards
- handling guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- adhering to departmental policies and procedures
- ensuring smooth service flow and efficient kitchen and front-of-house coordination
- addressing staff concerns and customer feedback to improve overall service and team dynamics
- training and motivating staff to ensure the highest standards of service and presentation
- being responsible for cleanliness of the immediate work area and the general property
- resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- maintaining complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware, and garnishes for beverage and food
