Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
- Experience in programming involving outdoor equipment, trips, and group/community building
- Ability to successfully pass FBI and DOJ criminal check
- Familiarity with risk management practices for outdoor recreation programs and facilities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in computer applications relevant to job duties
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve programs and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Current work authorization
- Compliance with University policies and government directives

Job Duties
- Develop and manage the Outdoor Excursions program including shop, trips, rentals, certifications, leadership, and training
- Oversee risk management and safety protocols for outdoor activities
- Supervise and coordinate staffing for program delivery
- Implement and assess program development initiatives
- Maintain and manage facilities and equipment for optimal use and safety
- Collaborate with departmental, divisional, campus, and community partners to align programming with university goals
- Prepare and distribute marketing and informational materials related to the program
