Job Duties
- Work closely with the team on gathering incoming event and sponsorship requests
- Provide direct support to the Community Marketing team supporting the team in gathering necessary information for evaluation with the appropriate community team member
- Deliver premium, concierge-level support to our existing partners
- Assist team with event logistics and production
- Some travel will be required
- Answer email requests in a timely and professional manner
- Enter order and product requests into SAP
- Proactively plan, place, and hand-track orders to provide our partners with quality service as we seed product and launch new gear throughout the year
- Support the Community Marketing team on ad-hoc projects, events and meetings
- Assist the Community Marketing team on new product launch initiatives
- Work closely with Corporate Sales on Community Marketing custom orders
