Job Requirements
- Minimum three years experience leading recreational activities
- At least one year experience developing and managing recreational programs
- Ability to obtain and maintain certifications in Wilderness First Responder and Archery Level 1
- Must obtain American Red Cross First Aid, CPR/AED within six months
- Valid state driver’s license
- Experience in clerical duties including typing and record keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- A degree in Recreational Management or similar preferred
- Minimum three years experience leading recreational activities
- At least one year experience in managing recreational programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute events
Job Duties
- Lead and teach a variety of outdoor recreational activities such as mountain biking, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and archery
- Develop, manage, and maintain recreational programs
- Obtain and maintain required certifications including Wilderness First Responder and Archery Level 1
- Plan and organize outdoor recreational events and programs
- Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and record keeping
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications for program management and communication
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective working relationships
