Job Requirements
- minimum three years experience leading and teaching recreational activities
- at least one year experience in development and management of recreational programs
- must obtain and maintain certifications in Wilderness First Responder, Archery Level 1
- must obtain American Red Cross First Aid, CPR/AED within first six months of employment
- must possess valid state drivers license
- experience planning and organizing programs and events
- minimum two years clerical experience including typing, filing, record keeping
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and web navigation
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to maintain effective working relationships
- must be able to work with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications

- degree in Recreational Management or related field preferred
- ability to obtain certifications in Wilderness First Responder, Archery Level 1, American Red Cross First Aid, CPR/AED
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and web navigation

Job Duties
- lead and teach recreational activities such as mountain biking, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, archery
- develop, manage, and maintain recreational programs
- plan and organize programs and events
- obtain and maintain necessary certifications including Wilderness First Responder and Archery Level 1

- perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and record keeping
- utilize Microsoft Office and web navigation for program management
