Job Requirements
- Committed to 100% accuracy
- Willing to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy
- Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs)
- Warehouse environment experience preferred
- Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours
- Ability to follow safety protocols

Job Duties
- Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Order filling primarily focused on automated picking
- May include manual process picking and packing
- Safe forklift and equipment usage
- Commitment to One Item, One Bin and Just Face It best practices
- Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks
- Other warehouse duties as assigned
