Job Requirements

High school diploma required
minimum 1 year experience in international logistics
proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
effective communication skills in English
preferred fluency in Spanish

1 year international logistics experience
proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
ability to effectively communicate in English
fluency in Spanish preferred

Job Duties

Create booking and dispatch shipments to the local and international carriers
file export shipment data into U.S. Census system and send to international carriers
maintain, manage and communicate outbound loading schedules with warehouse
assure freight cost accuracy by comparing cost protected to carrier contracts
maintain and manage outbound FTZ process
add data and maintain data integrity in Sysco’s export shipping system (SUS – Export Module)
