Job Requirements
- Experience in sales, demos, and/or customer-facing experience at retail
- Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, retail, or customer engagement preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with a passion for wellness and technology
- Ability to work independently and reliably in a fast-paced environment
- Must be punctual and comfortable navigating airport logistics

Job Duties
- Represent the Oura Ring brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in AMEX Centurion Lounges
- Engage lounge guests in meaningful conversations about the product's features and benefits
- Facilitate ring try-ons and guide guests to the AMEX member site for purchase
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting display area
- Capture daily activity insights and contribute to a final program recap
- Provide feedback and observations to help optimize future activations
