Job Requirements
- Must have a valid Class A driver’s license (CDL-A)
- Minimum of 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background check required
- A clean drug test required
- Clean clearinghouse results required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience but not necessary
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A)
- Minimum of 4 months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- Ability to lift 90 pounds onto flatbed platform
- Background check clearance
- Clean drug test results
- Clean clearinghouse results
- Ability to work in compliance with company policies
- Age 21 or older
Job Duties
- Operate flatbed trucks on Over-The-Road routes
- Transport various goods including glass, steel, aluminum, machinery, and specialty metals
- Perform loading and unloading including tarp application
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery and mileage logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Participate in orientation and training sessions
