Job Requirements

  • Class A commercial driver’s license
  • Minimum one year of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience
  • Ability to pass DOT physical examination
  • Compliance with all DOT regulations
  • Valid driver’s record with no recent major violations
  • Ability to work the specified schedule of 21 days out with 1 day home for every 6 days
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Valid class A commercial driver’s license
  • Minimum one year of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience
  • Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations
  • Ability to operate and maneuver large vehicles safely
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Commitment to safety and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Operate tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
  • Comply with all federal and state transportation regulations
  • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and other required documentation
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Load and unload freight as necessary
  • Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues
