Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, welcoming demeanor
  • Manage reservations and walk-ins using the restaurant's seating system
  • Provide accurate wait times and maintain efficient table rotation
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus
  • Answer phones, take messages, and assist with general guest inquiries
  • Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth dining room operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
  • Follow Hyatt and local safety and sanitation standards
