Job Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Previous serving experience required
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and service etiquette
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays or service items up to 40 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Provide welcoming and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and work areas
- Handle payment transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
- Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve issues professionally
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
