Job Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous serving experience required
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and service etiquette
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays or service items up to 40 lbs
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Provide welcoming and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience
  • Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery
  • Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and work areas
  • Handle payment transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
  • Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve issues professionally
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
