Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and with proper presentation
  • Ensure orders are complete and meet presentation standards before leaving the kitchen
  • Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
  • Answer guest questions regarding menu items or ingredients when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, service stations, and the expo line
  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables when necessary
  • Ensure dietary and allergen modifications are properly communicated and delivered
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
