Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food running or restaurant service preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Valid Washoe County Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous food runner or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Must be able to lift and carry trays up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Must possess or obtain a valid Washoe County Food Handler Card
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and with proper presentation
- Ensure orders are complete and meet presentation standards before leaving the kitchen
- Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
- Answer guest questions regarding menu items or ingredients when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, service stations, and the expo line
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables when necessary
- Ensure dietary and allergen modifications are properly communicated and delivered
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
