Job Qualifications

  • Previous food runner or restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Must be able to lift and carry trays up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Must possess or obtain a valid Washoe County Food Handler Card
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and with proper presentation
  • Ensure orders are complete and meet presentation standards before leaving the kitchen
  • Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
  • Answer guest questions regarding menu items or ingredients when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, service stations, and the expo line
  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables when necessary
  • Ensure dietary and allergen modifications are properly communicated and delivered
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
