Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Physical ability to stand and perform kitchen tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to use knives, slicers, and other kitchen equipment safely
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items following recipes and product directions
  • Follow production prep lists and keep accurate records
  • Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Wash, slice, and peel food items as needed
  • Store prepared food items safely and label accordingly
  • Practice excellent food safety and sanitation
  • Monitor rotation and dating of food items
  • Restock kitchen supplies regularly
  • Assist with ordering and planning food supplies
  • Report equipment repair and maintenance needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Deliver first-class customer experiences
