Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- active Registered Nurse license
- three or more years of experience in orthopedic nursing
- experience in clinical coordination or leadership roles
- proficiency with orthopedic care technologies
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and multiple priorities simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- minimum 3 years orthopedic nursing experience
- leadership or coordination experience preferred
- knowledge of robotic-assisted joint replacement and surgical navigation technologies
- familiarity with Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols
- strong communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Coordinate pre-operative education for orthopedic patients
- navigate patients through the care continuum
- optimize clinical pathways including ERAS protocols
- lead performance improvement initiatives
- prepare service line for accreditation
- facilitate communication among interdisciplinary teams
- manage seamless care transitions across inpatient, outpatient, and post-acute settings
