Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • active Registered Nurse license
  • three or more years of experience in orthopedic nursing
  • experience in clinical coordination or leadership roles
  • proficiency with orthopedic care technologies
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and multiple priorities simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • minimum 3 years orthopedic nursing experience
  • leadership or coordination experience preferred
  • knowledge of robotic-assisted joint replacement and surgical navigation technologies
  • familiarity with Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols
  • strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate pre-operative education for orthopedic patients
  • navigate patients through the care continuum
  • optimize clinical pathways including ERAS protocols
  • lead performance improvement initiatives
  • prepare service line for accreditation
  • facilitate communication among interdisciplinary teams
  • manage seamless care transitions across inpatient, outpatient, and post-acute settings
