Job Duties
- Answer phones
- greet and check in patients and hand out necessary paperwork
- confirm patient's insurance coverage eligibility and update changes
- build patient or family file in system
- scan and file patient records
- schedule and confirm appointments
- handle routine questions about appointments, policies, insurance and treatments
- manage consent forms
- collect fees per patient's insurance
- clean and maintain front office area and lobby
- perform any and all other duties assigned by Practice Manager
