Job Duties

Answer phones
greet and check in patients and hand out necessary paperwork
confirm patient's insurance coverage eligibility and update changes
build patient or family file in system
scan and file patient records
schedule and confirm appointments
handle routine questions about appointments, policies, insurance and treatments
manage consent forms
collect fees per patient's insurance
clean and maintain front office area and lobby
perform any and all other duties assigned by Practice Manager
