- Orthodontic chairside experience required
- Must be able to work full-time hours across three locations
- Reliable transportation
- Commitment to long-term, verifiable past employment
- Ability to work all scheduled days and hours
- Team-oriented while able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with diverse personality types
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Superior communication skills
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
- Excited about innovative orthodontic technology including iTero
- Punctual and dependable
- Willingness to participate in team activities
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of orthodontic chairside experience
- Experience with Focus Ortho management software is a plus
- Familiarity with Dolphin Imaging software is beneficial
- Proficient with iTero technology
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Professional and presentable demeanor
- Outgoing and personable
- Positive attitude and an enthusiastic sense of humor
- Excellent time management skills
- Adaptable and trainable
Job Duties
- Chairside assisting
- Direct bonding
- iTero scanning
- Sterilization including PPE
- Arch wire changes
- Fitting bands
- Placing Invisalign attachments
- Mixing cement
- Packing equipment for travel
- Charting using Focus Ortho
- Taking X-rays
- Educating patients on various procedures
- Performing any other duties assigned by doctor or management
