Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Capability to bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, and stoop
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Adherence to company dress code and policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous order pulling experience preferred
- Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred
- Previous RF scanner experience preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
Job Duties
- Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from a pick list
- Utilize handheld scanner devices to verify merchandise counts and update locations
- Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
- Communicate inventory or equipment problems and report expired or short-dated items
- Collaborate with club team to replenish merchandise and pull from reserve areas
- Package orders securely according to standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform general housekeeping duties
- Handle returns and damaged goods per club policies
- Adhere to operational efficiencies and productivity standards for BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
- Meet OMNI productivity expectations and performance metrics
- Support other departments as assigned
- Maintain proper dress code and club policies
- Ensure regular and predictable attendance
