Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Willingness to work Saturday through Tuesday between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with moving machinery and temperature variations
- Adherence to company policies and dress code
- Reliable and punctual with regular attendance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to use handheld scanning technology
Job Qualifications
- Previous order pulling experience preferred
- Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred
- Experience with RF scanners preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Effective communication skills
- Basic computer literacy to operate scanning devices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role
Job Duties
- Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list
- Utilizes a handheld scanner device to pick and verify merchandise
- Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area
- Communicates inventory or equipment problems and flags expired or short-dated items
- Coordinates with club team to replenish merchandise and pull from reserve area
- Ensures all orders are picked timely to meet productivity standards
- Securely packages orders and maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
- Handles damaged goods and spoiled products per procedures
- Processes returns and adheres to all club policies and dress code
- Meets OMNI productivity expectations and service level agreements
- Performs other duties including assisting in other departments
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
- Upholds safety and positive member environment
- Delivers excellent member service and resolves concerns professionally
- Works collaboratively with team to achieve club standards
- Embraces diversity and leads with honesty and integrity
