Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- capability to perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping
- willingness to work in environments with temperature extremes and moving machinery
- ability to maintain regular, predictable, full attendance
- compliance with company policies and dress code standards
Job Qualifications
- previous order pulling experience preferred
- big box or wholesale retail experience preferred
- previous RF scanner experience preferred
Job Duties
- processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list
- utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor
- uses handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise
- moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area
- communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and expired or short-dated items
- communicates with club team when merchandise needs replenishment
- works with team to pull merchandise from reserve area to avoid sales floor replenishment
- ensures orders are picked timely to meet productivity requirements
- works with urgency to meet deadlines and key performance indicators
- follows operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards per SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club
- takes responsibility for individual performance and collaborates with leadership when metrics are not met
- securely packages orders per standard operating procedures
- keeps SFC area neat, clean, and organized
- performs housekeeping duties including trash and cardboard removal
- handles damaged goods and spoiled products per procedures
- processes returns to the club and determines handling
- maintains club policies and dress code standards
- meets OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements, performance metrics and goals
- performs other duties including working in other departments as needed
- maintains regular, predictable, full attendance
