Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to operate handheld RF scanner devices
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintain a positive and friendly attitude
- Regular, predictable attendance
- Willingness to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing
- Ability to work in environments with temperature variations and moving machinery
- Compliance with dress code and club policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous order pulling experience preferred
- Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred
- Previous RF scanner experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from pick list using handheld scanner
- Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
- Communicate inventory or equipment problems and expired or short-dated items
- Collaborate with club team to replenish merchandise and pull from reserve area
- Ensure timely order picking to meet productivity requirements
- Adhere to operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club
- Securely package orders following standard operating procedures
- Maintain clean and organized SFC area including general housekeeping
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products per procedures
- Process returns and determine proper handling
- Follow all club policies including dress code
- Meet OMNI productivity expectations and performance metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments
- Ensure regular, predictable attendance
