Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to operate a computer or tablet to enter and retrieve data
- Must be willing and able to perform a variety of physical activities including bending, stooping, climbing, and working in tight spaces
- Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment
- Must be able to read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tags
- Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances per local requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to work during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Mandatory overtime may be required
- Successful completion of interview required

Job Duties
- Pull assignments or work orders from computer as needed
- Work with Passenger Assistance Agents to ensure all requests for services are met
- Do all reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Be familiar with all FAA, TSA, Airline, Company regulations
- Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs
- Deal courteously and tactfully with fellow employees and passengers if necessary
- Communicate effectively with fellow employees
- Receive and respond to telephone and radio calls from PAA and employees in a professional and timely manner
- Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and public in a courteous manner
- Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports and files as required
- Maintain and distribute radios where applicable and complete documentation and reports thoroughly and timely
- Perform other duties as requested
