Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or preferred
- minimum of 18 years old
- excellent communication skills
- must be able to read write and speak English fluently
- ability to operate a computer tablet to enter and retrieve data
- must be willing and able to perform a variety of physical activities including bending stooping climbing and working in tight spaces
- must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment
- ability to read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions hazardous material identification labels aircraft loading manifests and baggage and cargo routing tags
- eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances FAA TSA Port Authority U S Customs and U S Postal per local requirements
- legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- must be able to work during day and night shifts weekends and holidays mandatory overtime may be required based on operational need
- successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications

Job Duties
- Pull assignments or work orders from computer as needed
- work with Passenger Assistance Agents to ensure all requests for services are met
- do all reports accurately and in a timely manner
- be familiar with all FAA TSA Airline Company regulations
- keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs
- deal courteously and tactfully with fellow employees and passengers if necessary
- communicate effectively with fellow employees
- receive and respond to telephone and radio calls from PAA and employees in a professional and timely manner
- project a positive image and respond to inquiries from airlines staff and public in a courteous manner
- utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records reports and files as required
- maintain and distribute radios where applicable always complete the appropriate documentation and reports in thorough and timely manner
- perform other duties as requested
