Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to push or pull up to 10 pounds for 500 feet
- Must be able to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for entire work shift
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments
- Must be able to work around moving machinery and wet floors
- Must possess good manual dexterity and use of hands/fingers
- Must be flexible to work various shifts and hours subject to change
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English
- Must be able to perform in a high-paced, time-sensitive work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in dish room or sanitation work is a plus
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Capacity to learn multiple tasks and operate various workstations
- Physical capability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required
Job Duties
- Wash and sort dishes according to specifications using industrial dish machines
- Maintain and sanitize all dish room equipment
- Recycle aluminum cans, plastics, and cardboard using proper equipment
- Operate pot-and-pan cleaning area and clean cookware
- De-trash inbound beverage and food carts and operate cart washing machines
- Sort and handle international and domestic trash using sterilizer machines
- Lift and carry various catering equipment within the production area
