Job Requirements

  • Must be able to physically carry and lift up to 40 pounds
  • must be able to push/pull up to 10 pounds for 500 ft
  • must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for entire work shift
  • must be able to work in hot and cold temperature environments
  • must be able to work around moving machinery parts and wet floors
  • must be flexible to work various shifts/hours subject to change
  • must be able to use hands/fingers to handle equipment
  • must be able to communicate effectively in English

  • ability to work in a high-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push/pull up to 10 pounds for 500 ft
  • ability to work in varying temperatures including hot and cold environments
  • flexibility to work different shifts and hours
  • willingness to learn various tasks and workstations as assigned by supervisor

Job Duties

  • Wash and sort dishes according to specifications, using large industrial dish machines
  • maintain all the equipment which includes cleaning and sanitizing, sort dishes and equipment according to specifications and needs
  • recycle alum cans, plastics and containers from inbound flights
  • recycle box cartons using cardboard baler
  • operate the pot-and-pan cleaning area and clean all cookware used by the hot and cold food kitchen
  • de-trash inbound beverage and food carts and put them through the cart washing machine
  • sort and handle international and domestic trash using the sterilizer machine
  • lift and carry various catering equipment in the production area
  • speak, read and write English
  • perform in a high-pace, time-sensitive, work environment
  • use fingers/hands to handle equipment
  • work in an environment with hot and cold temperatures
  • work around moving parts, wet floors
  • be flexible to work various shifts/hours subject to change due to shift bidding
  • learn tasks of various work stations as assigned by supervisor
