Job Requirements
- Must be able to physically carry and lift up to 40 pounds
- must be able to push/pull up to 10 pounds for 500 ft
- must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for entire work shift
- must be able to work in hot and cold temperature environments
- must be able to work around moving machinery parts and wet floors
- must be flexible to work various shifts/hours subject to change
- must be able to use hands/fingers to handle equipment
- must be able to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Wash and sort dishes according to specifications, using large industrial dish machines
- maintain all the equipment which includes cleaning and sanitizing, sort dishes and equipment according to specifications and needs
- recycle alum cans, plastics and containers from inbound flights
- recycle box cartons using cardboard baler
- operate the pot-and-pan cleaning area and clean all cookware used by the hot and cold food kitchen
- de-trash inbound beverage and food carts and put them through the cart washing machine
- sort and handle international and domestic trash using the sterilizer machine
- lift and carry various catering equipment in the production area
- speak, read and write English
- perform in a high-pace, time-sensitive, work environment
- use fingers/hands to handle equipment
- work in an environment with hot and cold temperatures
- work around moving parts, wet floors
- be flexible to work various shifts/hours subject to change due to shift bidding
- learn tasks of various work stations as assigned by supervisor
