Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to push and pull up to 10 pounds for 500 feet
- Must be able to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for entire work shift
- Must be able to perform tasks in hot and cold environments
- Must be able to work safely around moving parts and wet floors
- Must be able to use fingers and hands to handle equipment
- Must be flexible to work various shifts and learn multiple workstations
- Must be able to speak, read and write English
- Must be able to perform in a high-pace, time-sensitive work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishroom or sanitation roles is an asset
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Capable of working in a high-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures in a kitchen or catering environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and hours as assigned
Job Duties
- Wash and sort dishes according to specifications using industrial dish machines
- Maintain and sanitize all equipment and sort dishes as needed
- Recycle aluminum cans, plastics, and containers from inbound flights
- Operate pot-and-pan cleaning area and clean cookware used by kitchens
- De-trash inbound beverage and food carts and use cart washing machine
- Sort and handle international and domestic trash using sterilizer machine
- Lift and carry various catering equipment in the production area
