Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8 plus hours
  • ability to handle dry ice
  • willingness to work in a cold weather environment of approximately 40 degrees
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • must comply with all safety and hygiene standards
  • ability to speak, read and understand English
  • good organizational skills
  • must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and production orders
  • determine production time requirements and quantities based on food production order
  • obtain all necessary ingredients, supplies and equipment
  • maintain equipment and work area in clean, safe and orderly manner according to safe food handling guidelines
  • comply with all work rules and regulations
  • observe and follow safety and hygiene standards
  • handle dry ice safely
