Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to speak, read and understand English
- ability to perform in a high-pace, time-sensitive, work environment
- ability to use knives and kitchen equipment
- comply with all work rules and regulations
- observe and follow safety and hygiene standards
- must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities
- must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8 plus hours
- must be able to follow and understand customer specifications and paperwork in English
- ability to handle dry ice
- ability to lift and push 50 plus lbs
- comfortable working in cold environment of approximately 40 degrees
- willingness to work in noisy environment

Job Duties
- prepare all food items according to standard recipes and production orders
- determine production time requirements and quantities based on food production order
- obtain all necessary ingredients, supplies and equipment
- maintain equipment and work area in clean, safe and orderly manner according to safe food handling guidelines
- comply with all work rules and regulations
- observe and follow safety and hygiene standards
- load airline catering carts with food trays
