Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to speak, read and understand English
- ability to perform in a high-pace, time-sensitive work environment
- ability to use knives and kitchen equipment
- comply with all work rules and regulations
- availability to work shifts of 8 or more hours
- physical ability to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift
- ability to handle dry ice
- must follow safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and production orders
- determine production time requirements and quantities based on food production order
- obtain all necessary ingredients, supplies and equipment
- maintain equipment and work area in clean, safe and orderly manner according to safe food handling guidelines
- use knives and kitchen equipment safely
- comply with all work rules and regulations
- observe and follow safety and hygiene standards
- react to changing priorities
- stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift
- follow and understand customer specifications and paperwork in English
- handle dry ice safely
