Job Requirements
- Ability to perform in a high-pace, time-sensitive work environment
- ability to use knives and kitchen equipment
- must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities
- must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8+ hours
- ability to speak, read and understand English

Job Duties
- Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and production orders
- determine production time requirements and quantities based on food production orders
- obtain all necessary ingredients, supplies and equipment
- maintain equipment and work area in clean, safe and orderly manner according to safe food handling guidelines
- comply with all work rules and regulations
- observe and follow safety and hygiene standards
- load airline catering carts with prepared food trays
