Job Duties
- assemble airline carts for domestic and international flights by providing food and beverage serving equipment hardware utensils dry goods snacks condiments and beverages by following printed diagrams and procedures according to customer specifications
- sort wrap and pack airline dry goods liquor and equipment into airline carts according to customer specifications
- keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP FDA USDA and customers' requirements
- assure proper management of liquor inventory and documentation
- read speak and understand English
- perform in a high-pace time-sensitive work environment and keep up with work flow
- follow and understand card specifications and printed diagrams
