- Previous experience in an assembly or production-type environment
- Must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes in requirements
- Must be able to work around moving parts and wet floors
- Must be able to use fingers and hands to handle equipment

Job Duties
- Assemble airline carts for domestic and international flights by providing food and beverage serving equipment hardware utensils dry goods snacks condiments and beverages by following printed diagrams and procedures according to customer specifications
- Sort wrap and pack airline dry goods liquor and equipment into airline carts according to customer specifications
- Keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP FDA USDA and customers' requirements
- Assure proper management of liquor inventory and documentation
- Ability to read speak and understand English
- Ability to perform in a high-pace time-sensitive work environment and keep up with work flow
- Must be able to follow understand card specifications printed diagrams
