Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an assembly/production-type environment
  • Ability to read, speak and understand English
  • Basic math skills
  • Good organizational skills and adaptability
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to follow and understand card specifications/printed diagrams
  • Ability to work around moving parts and wet floors
  • Physical ability to perform active work including walking, standing, bending, lifting and pushing 40+ lbs
  • Willingness to comply with personal protective equipment, GMPs, safety and security requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work around moving parts and wet floors
  • Ability to use fingers and hands to handle equipment

Job Duties

  • Assemble airline carts for domestic and international flights by providing food and beverage serving equipment/hardware/utensils, dry goods, snacks, condiments and beverages by following printed diagrams and procedures according to customer specifications
  • Sort, wrap, and pack airline dry goods/liquor/equipment into airline carts according to customer specifications
  • Keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customers' requirements
  • Assure proper management of liquor inventory and documentation
  • Follow and understand card specifications/printed diagrams
  • Perform in a high-pace, time-sensitive work environment while keeping up with work flow
