Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of management experience in retail or restaurant settings
- proficiency with Point of Sale systems
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage financial reports and budgets
- knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- capacity to work flexible hours based on business needs
- ability to handle sensitive employee issues with professionalism and tact
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- experience with Point of Sale systems, with NCR knowledge as a plus
- ability to review and present profit and loss statements
- skills in food cost and labor cost management
- food preparation experience
- cash handling skills
- knowledge of California labor laws
- passion for healthy food and living
- flexible schedule
- multilingual ability is a plus
Job Duties
- Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- operate the store ensuring compliance with company standards
- hire, train, and coach employees
- manage cash handling and audit procedures
- oversee food safety and quality control
- monitor and drive sales performance and KPIs
- develop community partnerships and promote the brand
