Job Duties
- Build and lead a team to provide exceptional guest service
- operate and manage all store functions including hiring, training, and coaching
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- oversee cash handling and financial reporting including profit and loss statements
- manage inventory and food cost controls
- promote the brand through local community partnerships and marketing efforts
- resolve employee and operational issues according to company policies
