Job Duties

  • Build and lead a team to provide exceptional guest service
  • operate and manage all store functions including hiring, training, and coaching
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • oversee cash handling and financial reporting including profit and loss statements
  • manage inventory and food cost controls
  • promote the brand through local community partnerships and marketing efforts
  • resolve employee and operational issues according to company policies
