Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years retail or restaurant management experience
- Experience using Point of Sale systems
- Ability to manage food and labor costs
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with California labor laws

- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership with 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- Point of Sale experience with knowledge of NCR systems a plus
- Ability to review and present profit and loss statements
- Skilled in food cost management
- Experienced in labor cost management
- Knowledgeable in food preparation skills
- Proficient in cash handling
- Working knowledge of California labor laws
- Passion for healthy food and healthy living
- Flexible schedule
- Multilingual ability is a plus
Job Duties
- Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Operate store daily ensuring compliance with company standards
- Hire, train, and coach employees
- Manage cash handling and audit procedures
- Inspect and enforce food safety practices
- Oversee profit and loss statements and meet financial goals
- Promote brand and engage in local community outreach
