Job Requirements

At least 6 months to a year of progressively responsible experience with personal accomplishments in restaurant or retail operations or Nekter experience as a Shift Leader
Valid Food Handlers certification
Extended periods of standing
May require some bending and lifting a minimum of 50lbs

Job Duties

Assist Store Manager to hire and retain sufficient customer-oriented employees
Ensure all write ups are accurately documented and sent to Human Resources in a timely manner
Ensure all cleaning and food handling procedures are correct resulting in a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
Prepare items to recipe and serve at proper temperature and appearance
Conduct quality checks and checklists consistently
Fill out and complete Red Book duties accurately and on time
Write and post employee schedules in absence of General Manager
Ensure daily and weekly financial goals are met including hourly labor, food cost, and paper cost
Maintain manager administrative duties in absence of General Manager including cash log, invoice tracker, food and beverage orders, and supply orders
