Job Requirements
- State of Wisconsin certification as a nursing assistant (CNA)
- current CPR certification or eligibility
- availability to work Monday through Friday with shifts starting at 6:30 AM, 7 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, or 2 PM
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient transport and room cleaning
- willingness to run errands to other departments
- ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
Job Qualifications
- State of Wisconsin certification as a nursing assistant (CNA)
- currently CPR certified or eligible for certification
- perioperative experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail
- teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- Transporting patients to and from surgery
- cleaning operating rooms between and after surgical cases
- assisting with environmental maintenance of the operating room
- handling surgical supplies
- performing technical patient care as delegated by licensed staff
- running errands to other departments
- supporting surgical team for efficiency and safety
