Job Requirements
- Previous bartending and customer service experience a plus
- must have a high school diploma
- must be able to operate/learn a digital Point-Of-Sale system (Square)
- must meet state minimum age to serve alcohol
- must have availability to work nights and weekends
- must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- must have strong task and time management abilities
- must have the ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift boxes up to 40 lbs
- passion for music and the arts a plus

Job Duties
- Welcoming customers, reading, and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders
- pouring alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons
- checking customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
- handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register
- maintaining a clean work and concert area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
- complying with all food and beverage regulations
