Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary training preferred
- Minimum 10 years of culinary experience including 5 years in senior management
- Ability to lead a diverse culinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capacity to handle high-pressure environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive culinary experience
- 5 years in senior management or leadership roles
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expertise in food production and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Proven track record of managing food costs
- Knowledge of Northern Mexican cuisine preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the entire culinary team including production, prep, catering, purchasing, and receiving
- Ensure all culinary employees maximize efficiency and productivity
- Review and evaluate daily guest feedback related to food quality
- Oversee recipe execution and culinary education for all culinary and service staff
- Direct food production and plating from the pass during service
- Train and develop line cooks to meet quality and efficiency standards
- Manage food cost percentage to meet or exceed budgeted goals
