Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary training preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of culinary experience including 5 years in senior management
  • Ability to lead a diverse culinary team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capacity to handle high-pressure environments
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive culinary experience
  • 5 years in senior management or leadership roles
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Expertise in food production and kitchen operations
  • Excellent communication and training abilities
  • Proven track record of managing food costs
  • Knowledge of Northern Mexican cuisine preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the entire culinary team including production, prep, catering, purchasing, and receiving
  • Ensure all culinary employees maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate daily guest feedback related to food quality
  • Oversee recipe execution and culinary education for all culinary and service staff
  • Direct food production and plating from the pass during service
  • Train and develop line cooks to meet quality and efficiency standards
  • Manage food cost percentage to meet or exceed budgeted goals
